SUMMER DEPOSIT POLICY (April 16 – November 14)

PRIOR TO 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL:
Credit Card: Full payment, including tax, and signed confirmation are due within 7 days of booking.
Check: One (1) night lodging and signed confirmation are due within 7 days of booking. Final payment, including tax, is due (by check) 30 days prior to arrival.

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL:
Credit Card/Check: Full payment, including tax, and signed confirmation are due within 48 hours of booking.

SUMMER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival forfeit $50.00 per unit processing fee.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, downgrades or no-shows.
