Since 1984, our goal has been to provide exceptional property management services to property owners and condominium associations in the Park City and Deer Valley area. Combining aggressive advertising and marketing with intelligent cost containment, we've created a level of comfort and confidence for our clients, which is unsurpassed in this industry.

But minute attention to detail and the highest standards of professional property management aren't the only reasons for the success of David Holland's Resort Lodging. We've also managed to significantly raise our clients' average net profits on their rental properties. In many cases, clients made more than twice their earnings before moving to David Holland's.

Along the way, we've developed on-going VIP programs for our clients, to underscore just how important each and every one is to us.

As a result, we now represent more than 400 units in our rental program, no fewer than 8 condominium associations, and many satisfied owners of single-family residences and estate homes in the Park City and Deer Valley area.

VIP TREATMENT FOR OUR OWNERS
We provide owners in our rental program those little extras and VIP treatment that make them feel truly special. Unlike most ordinary property management companies, whenever an owner arrives for a stay in a David Holland's managed unit, we go out of our way to welcome them with a whole array of complimentary VIP gifts and services.

Little niceties such as free transportation to and from the airport; a special welcome basket stocked with exciting things to eat and drink; daily newspaper delivered each morning; and daily maid service including towel service and trash pick up. We also provide discounts or even complimentary equipment rentals, ski storage and free hot wax. This is why we can say that David Holland's is the most respected name in Resort Lodging.
