David Holland's Resort Lodging Deposit & Cancellation Policies

WINTER DEPOSIT POLICY (November 15 - April 15)

PRIOR TO 45 DAYS OF ARRIVAL:
Credit Card: Full payment, including tax, and signed confirmation are due within 7 days of booking.
Check: Two (2) nights lodging and signed confirmation are due within 7 days of booking. Final payment, including tax, is due (by check) 45 days prior to arrival.

WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ARRIVAL:
Credit Card/Check: Full payment, including tax, and signed confirmation are due within 48 hours of booking.

WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival forfeit $100.00 per unit processing fee.
• Cancellations within 45-30 days of arrival forfeit 2 nights lodging.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, downgrades or no-shows.
